Services

What I do, and what you get

Three kinds of support that often overlap. Scope and fees are agreed in writing before any paid work starts.

01

Find suppliers

What I do

  • Research and shortlist Chinese suppliers matched to your product
  • Check business background and stated capabilities
  • Request quotations and organise them for comparison

What you receive

  • A written shortlist with key facts per supplier
  • Quotations summarised in one comparable format
  • Open questions flagged before you decide

02

Compare options

What I do

  • Compare quotations line by line — price, MOQ, lead time, terms
  • Verify which documents each supplier actually provides
  • Highlight risks, gaps, and hidden assumptions

What you receive

  • A side-by-side comparison table
  • Plain-language notes on the trade-offs
  • No pressure toward any particular supplier

03

Develop & coordinate

What I do

  • Turn a product idea into a producible specification
  • Coordinate samples and revisions with factories
  • Follow up production and shipment milestones

What you receive

  • Clear written status at each stage
  • Issues raised early, with options to choose from
  • One point of contact throughout

Everything delivered follows the scope we agree. A comparison never promises the lowest price, and research results are never guaranteed.

How I work

Three steps — agreed before anything starts

The same sequence for a one-week shortlist or an ongoing project. Nothing is ever committed on your behalf.

01

Share your needs

Send what you know today — a rough description is enough. We clarify the rest together.

02

Research & compare

Suppliers are researched, quotations gathered, and options compared in one clear format.

03

Review & agree

You review the findings, ask questions, and decide. Scope and fees for any next step are agreed in writing.

About

Independent help, clear accountability

You work directly with me — no layers, no handoffs. Every finding, quotation, and recommendation comes from one person who is accountable for it.

My background is in banking credit review, accounting, foreign trade, and cross-border e-commerce — work that taught me to read suppliers carefully, question numbers, and put every agreement in writing.

FAQ

Frequently asked

What products can you help source?

There is no fixed product list. If it can be made or supplied in China — from consumer goods to industrial components — it can be researched. If something falls outside what I can usefully cover, I will say so upfront.

Can I contact you if my requirements aren't complete?

Yes. Most enquiries start rough. Send what you have — the first exchange is usually about sharpening the requirement together.

Do you support small or trial projects?

Yes — there is no minimum project size on my side. Keep in mind that suppliers set their own MOQs; part of the work is finding options that fit a small first order.

How are project fees determined?

Per project, based on the work involved. You receive a written scope and fee before anything paid begins — no surprises afterwards.

Do you conduct factory audits or inspections?

No formal audits. I run preliminary background checks — business registration, stated capabilities, documentation provided — and flag what still needs verifying. For on-site audits, I can help you find qualified third-party inspectors.

Have something to source?

Send your requirement as it stands today. Rough is fine — a complete specification is not needed to start.
